The Total EFA Junior is nutritionally complete with a 1:1 omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. It contains omega-3 EPA and DHA from fish oil (molecularly distilled sardines and anchovies); omega-3 ALA from organic Flax Oil and omega-6 GLA from Borage Oil (both cold pressed).

Directions:
