Suggested Usage:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap® daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking this product in combinatioin with NOW® Vitamin C and B-Complex vitamins.

Caution: Persons with diagnosed iron-deficiency anemia should consult their physician regarding higher intake of iron supplements.
