Ingredients:
Active Ingredient -- Purpose
Sodium Fluoride 0.05% (0.02% w/v fluoride ion) -- Anticavity

Inactive Ingredients: Purified water, vegetable glycerin, aloe vera gel, sodium phosphate monobasic, xylitol, natural flavors, olivamidopropyl betaine, citric acid, grapefruit seed extract, menthol.

Suggested Use:

• Adults and children 12 or older: After brushing with toothpaste, vigorously swish with 10 ml (1/3 ounces) once a day for 60 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
• Children 6-12 years old: Supervise use and instruct in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing).
• Children under 6: Consult a doctor or dentist.
