Directions:
As a daily conditioner, distribute about a teaspoon along the length of your hair, leave for 2 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.

As an intensive hair treatment, massage about 2-3 teaspoons into your hair once a week. Leave in for 10 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.
