Simply Organic Crazy Awesome Veggies are seasoning mixes designed to pair perfectly with all kinds of fresh or frozen vegetables. Mix requires only fresh or frozen veggies and olive oil or water. Easy to make, and even potatoes can be made in 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:
Organic Garlic, Organic Paprika, Sea Salt, Organic Onion, Organic Parsley, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Rice Concentrate, Organic Basil, Organic Oregano, Organic Thyme, Organic Marjoram.

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

2. Wash 1 lb. red or white potatoes, and peel if desired.

3. In a medium bowl, add potatoes and 2 tbsp. live oil. Stir to evenly coat. Add seasoning mix and stir again. (Organic ingredients may cake. Knead packet prior to opening.)

4. Place potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.

5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Stir potatoes and cook, uncovered, 10 to 15 mintues more, until crisp and tender.
