Futurebiotics® Forskolin features ForsLean®, a patented, standardized extract of Coleus forskohlii, and provides a full 25 mg of Forskolin in each vegetarian capsule. Coleus forskohlii root is an ancient medicinal phytonutrient indigenous to Ayurvedic medicine. Forskolin has recently received media attention for its health benefits.

Coleus forskohlii is a member of the mint family and is a perennial herb with fleshy, fibrous roots that is native to subtropical and warm temperate habitats. It is the only known plant source of Forskolin, a diterpene, which is an active constituent within the plant roots that possesses unique biological activity. ForsLean® employs careful cultivation of the correct species of Coleus forskohlii plants, which provides a quality root material for optimal Forskolin content.
