The combination of essential oils used in this blend are invaluable to asthma sufferers. Cypress and frankincense are both great oils for the respiratory system and help reduce the frequency of asthma attacks. This is also an excellent blend for soothing the nerves as well as relieving anxiety & depression, leaving you with a sense of calm.
